You have the option to use the Midttrafik app for purchasing single trip tickets, multiride tickets, transit tickets, and youth cards valid for Midttrafik buses, Letbanen, and the Lemvigbanen. Please note that single trip tickets and multiride tickets acquired through the app are not applicable on Arriva or DSB trains.

For a wider scope of usability, transit tickets and youth cards bought via the app can be utilized on Midttrafik's buses, Letbanen, Lemvigbanen, as well as Arriva's and DSB's trains. The app allows you to procure multiride tickets, single trip tickets, transit tickets, youth cards, and even special tickets such as those for Djurs Sommerland.

Before using the Midttrafik app, account creation is mandatory along with selecting a preferred payment method. Payments can be made through MobilePay or by linking a variety of payment cards to your account including Dankort, Visa, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, and American Express.

If your phone's language is set to English, the app will automatically adjust the user interface accordingly. Furthermore, language settings can be altered within the app's menu.

• Purchase your mobile ticket before commencing your journey or boarding.
• Ensure an internet connection is available for ticket purchases; however, it is not required to display your ticket.
• Maintain sufficient battery power throughout your journey to present your ticket during ticket inspections.
• Your phone screen must be intact for ticket readability during inspections.
• Single trip tickets and multiride tickets from the app are only valid within the Midttrafik region for travel on Midttrafik buses or the Lemvigbanen.
• These types of tickets are not valid for travel on Arriva or DSB trains.
• On the other hand, transit tickets and youth cards purchased through the app can be used across all relevant transportation services.
